What you'll do
Own the onboarding moment that makes clients stick
You'll be the friendly expert who turns new HighLevel accounts into confident, growing businesses.
Lead client onboarding and training calls on Zoom.
Host weekly office hours to answer questions and troubleshoot.
Help clients use pipelines, calendars, automations, and other HighLevel tools.
Stay current on HighLevel features and releases.
Follow up proactively with clients and coordinate issue resolution with our team.
Help improve client engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Who we're looking for
A clear communicator who knows HighLevel inside out
You enjoy teaching as much as troubleshooting, and you make complex tools feel simple.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong hands-on HighLevel experience.
- Confidence, patience, and professionalism on video calls.
- Ability to explain technology to non-technical business owners.
- Strong organization, initiative, and follow-through.
- A reliable computer, high-quality webcam, clear microphone, stable internet, and a professional video-call setting.
